We collect as little as the product allows.

AI Song SpotR reads your listening history through Last.fm, a free service that logs your Spotify plays: artist, track and album names, and the time they were played, together with the verdicts we attach to them. We also store an anonymous account identifier from Sign in with Apple (no name or email), the Last.fm username you connect, a device push token if you enable notifications, and basic first-party usage events (such as "app opened" or "share started") linked to your account.

We do not record, upload or analyze audio. We never ask for your Spotify credentials, and we do not read your playlists, library, followers or payment information. There are no third-party analytics SDKs, no ads, and no cross-app tracking.

Listening history is compared against our records of AI-generated artists so the app can notify you; usage events help us understand how the app is used so we can improve it. Those are the only purposes. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. Artist verdicts themselves are derived from public sources — the Soul Over AI community blocklist (CC BY 4.0) and streaming-platform metadata — are shared across all users, and contain no personal data.

Listening records are kept only as long as they are needed to power notifications and your in-app history. Deleting your account in the app removes the stored history associated with it immediately.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings inside the app, or request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to nick@almalindaenterprises.com. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the app.

If this policy changes materially, we will post the revised version here and update the date above.
